RUNTS registration

As of May 2022, the Asino Foundation is officially enrolled in RUNTS, the Single National Register of the Third Sector set up at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, which ensures the full transparency of Third Sector entities (ETS) through the publicity of the information they are listed in.

Registering with RUNTS allows one to acquire the qualification of Third Sector Entity (ETS) or, depending on the case, the specific ones of Voluntary Organisation (ODV), Social Promotion Association (APS), Philanthropic Entity, Associative Network.

It also makes it possible to benefit from concessions, including those of a fiscal nature, to access the list of beneficiaries of the 5 per thousand and, for specific types of ETS, public contributions or to enter into agreements with public administrations; in the cases provided for, to acquire legal personality. Enities not registered with RUNTS may not use the name of Entity of the Third Sector or the specific ones.

RUNTS membership allows supporters of the Asino Foundation to deduct donations for tax purposes.
